About Sanlan

One visit and you will find yourself falling in love with the Sanlan lifestyle.  In addition to three solar heated swimming pools, activity centers, a fitness center, shuffleboard and bocci courts and a new dart board center, we feature more than 7 miles of meandering, shaded trails.  Golf carts are available for rent by the hour, day or week for easy mobility on the trails or the trails are suitable for hiking or jogging.

Our resort features three distinct 9-hole golf courses with recently renovated greens.
You can get to know your friendly neighbors at the many regularly scheduled activities, especially during our peak winter season, and lift your spirits at our nondenominational church services.

We are a pet-friendly facility, so you and your pet can enjoy everything our RV park has to offer together.

Our location near Banana Lake, coupled with the lakes at our resort and our trails, affords a unique opportunity to observe Florida wildlife on a daily basis.  There’s no better way to start off the morning at Sanlan RV Park and Golf Resort than with a short hike to the rookery by the lake where you can observe water birds and alligators in the tree-lined waterways.

Check out our rate page and make a reservation to come and see for yourself why so many visitors just keep on coming back.  You will be amazed at the combination of natural beauty and friendly atmosphere, and it won’t take long to plan your next stay.

If you venture out of our resort, our central Florida location and proximity to the Polk Parkway (570) provides easy access to I-4.  Major attractions such as Disney, Universal and Sea World are less than an hour away and Gulf or Atlantic beaches are within two hours.  Closer to our resort are LEGOLAND, the world’s largest LEGOLAND PARK, and Bok Tower Gardens with its Frederick Law Olmsted, Jr. designed gardens and world famous carillon.  Lakeland is also home to Florida Southern College that houses the largest collection of Frank Lloyd Wright architecture and the Polk Museum of Art is always an interesting afternoon.

Sports?  Lakeland is the winter home of the Detroit Tigers and the Rays are a short drive away as are the Tampa Bay Lightning.

Five minutes south of our resort is a community shopping center with a major grocery store, restaurants, banks and other services.  Ten minutes west via the Parkway is Lakeside Center (http://www.shoplakesidevillage.net/) with a large, stadium-seating theatre, restaurants, large department stores and many boutiques.
